Commercial Disclosure and Affiliate Policy
Current pages on Alberta iGaming Rules are published without affiliate links. We are not being paid by AGLC, AiGC or any operator to assign a brand a better status label.
How money and content are separated
- Status labels are based on sourcing standards, not commercial relationships.
- Regulatory pages are written to explain market structure and consumer protection issues.
- We do not promise favourable coverage in exchange for access, sponsorship or advertising.
Current commercial status
| Affiliate links used | No |
| Operator can pay for ranking | No |

What readers should expect
If commercial arrangements are introduced later, they will be disclosed clearly and page-level disclosures will be updated. Until then, the safest reading of this site is that it is a research and publishing project focused on public-interest information.
Future affiliate rules
- Affiliate links are not added to unclear, grey-market or unverified operator pages.
- Paid links must be marked with
rel="sponsored nofollow"and a visible disclosure near the first call to action. - Status labels cannot be bought, sponsored or changed because of a commercial relationship.
- Bonus or promotion pages require a separate compliance review before publication.
- Redirect pages, if used, must be transparent and must not show different behavior to search engines and users.
